The Farm Studios embodies a relaxed, extremely comfortable and well-appointed atmosphere where you can truly let loose and feel at home.
Choose the level of service you would like – The Farm Studios is flexible. Your experience could be fully catered, or you may want to immerse yourself into the woodland setting and cut your own firewood. We welcome your family should you want to spend your non-working hours building beautiful memories.

Band House
This rustic house is situated upon two levels, with sleeping quarters upstairs and plenty of living space all around. The upper level has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The common area has a large writing desk, a leather sofa, and two twin beds. Downstairs, you will enjoy a wood-burning stove for those colder nights, a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, a dining and living area with a deep-set Montauk sofa plus another relaxing sofa, a large television with stereo sound, full cable, Apple TV (with all the fixins’) and wi-fi. Should you choose to relax in your housecoat, the entire Band House is wired back to the Control Room with Focusrite Rednet Pro, so if inspiration hits you, you don’t even have to leave the house to record your next hit.
The front door opens to a large covered lounge with a fire pit, bbq, outdoor sectional and a wood-burning Scandinavian style hot-tub.

Engineer's Cabin
Steps away from the Control Room, (seven, to be exact) is the Engineer’s Cabin.
This dwelling has two bright and spacious bedrooms with queen beds, kitchenette complete with dishwasher and wine/beverage fridge, a living and small dining area. There is a large television with stereo sound, full cable, Apple TV and wi-fi. With Focusrite Rednet Pro connectivity, record your next track while enjoying views of the forest.
The Engineer’s Cabin opens up to a large outdoor lounge area with a fire pit, bbq and dining area and a quick jump to the hot tub.

Producer's House
This is the largest and most central dwelling at the Farm Studios, built upon seven levels. The main floor has a large wood-burning fireplace and is furnished with a sectional Montauk sofa in the living area, a concert grand piano with a view to the forest and sea (yes, you can record here too), a newly renovated kitchen with high-end appliances and a large dining area. The accordion doors open to a deck and wrap-around terrace with BBQ facilities, a fire pit, and plenty of sunbathing opportunities—or dancing in the rain if that’s your thing.
Upstairs, there are three levels showcasing a spa bathroom with a large soaker tub and enclosed rain-shower area, three bedrooms, each with a king bed, and a fourth bedroom on the highest floor with another king bed plus two twin beds.
The Producer’s House has direct access to the Control and Live Room, making it very easy to stumble to work and very difficult to avoid it.

Tiny Home
Nestled off the meadow, our Tiny Home offers a serene retreat that feels like your own private clearing in the forest. This charming space features a cozy living area, a full kitchen, and a bathroom complete with a shower. The lower level also includes a comfortable and private bedroom with a queen bed, while the upper level boasts an inviting sleeping area with a king-size bed. Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, a TV, and a dedicated coffee area to start your mornings right.
Step outside to the deck, where you can dine al fresco and unwind in the lounge area, complete with a barbecue for grilling up your favourite meals.

The Farm Studios offers a dedicated spa building designed to help you unwind and recharge. Whether you’re looking to take a load off in the steam room or enjoy a peaceful treatment session, this space provides the perfect environment for relaxation. The rustic yet modern design blends seamlessly with the tranquil surroundings, creating a spa atmosphere that feels both comforting and rejuvenating.
For those who want to channel their energy creatively, the spa also offers spaces to record, so you can work while you decompress. The gym area is equipped with top-of-the-line workout equipment, including Peloton, Lululemon Studio Mirror, and a Hydrow indoor rowing machine—perfect for those who want to stay active or incorporate fitness into their retreat.

Outdoor Amenities
The Farm Studios boasts amazing views of the Georgia Straight, as well as mythical rainforest surroundings. There are two hot tubs: one large jacuzzi, which can “legally” hold eight people, which is off the Engineer’s Cabin and Producer’s House, and a four-person wood-burning Scandinavian-style spa is right by the Band House. There are plenty of open areas to sit in, a large garden and a massive clearing where bonfires are held on the regular (except in the summer months).
Each dwelling has its own bbq area, fire pit and large deck, all with plenty of space to lounge and relax. Day or night, these areas are inviting and can be an alternate place to work when you need the forest air to provide clarity.

Although The Farm Studios is secluded, it is by no means isolated. The Sunshine Coast has something for everyone, all close by. The epicurean has much to do, from visiting craft breweries and distilleries, to gourmet eats and especially succulent local seafood.
If food and drink isn’t your thing, nature activities are magnificent – breathtaking beaches are less than 10 minutes away (oh yeah, and all up the coast), and nature trails abound, full of flora and fauna that will invigorate the foggiest of minds.
